CouplesLiving.com Exchange Policy
CouplesLiving.com strives to offer you great merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.

CouplesLiving.com Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 business days.

How to Return
In order to return a Couples Living product, you'll need to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at returns@couplesliving.com. Please tell us why you wish to return the product, and we will send you a RMA number and a return shipping address. Once you have received an email with your RMA number, place a copy of it in the box with the merchandise to be returned.
